Melissa Hedtke is an experienced database administrator and data quality analyst currently employed at Dakota Supply Group since February 2021, where previous roles included helpdesk and bench technician. Additionally, experience includes positions as a help desk technician at Robert Half and helpdesk support at UNI Data Systems Inc. Melissa's early career includes management at McDonald's Corporation from June 2005 to July 2014. Melissa holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Anoka Technical College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at St. Cloud State University.
