Chaz is their Customer Success Manager responsible for portfolios of customers who have purchased our technology and solutions. She supports our customers from onboarding through technology adoption and uses expansion. Beyond direct interaction with their customers, she continually works with internal Dakota team members to ensure customer needs are being met in a timely manner.
