Gan Zhang

Gan Zhang is a Systems Analyst at Dakota Systems. During his time at Dakota, Gan led both front-end development and back-end programming for Aiwa.fm, which is a cross-platform music playlist sharing application. Gan has also developed and supported Dakota Content Platform (DCP) which is based on Google API, oXygen XML and eXist db; Integrated DCP with other large scale XML-based systems such as GSuite, SDL Tridion Docs and Salesforce and created Artificial Intelligent chatbots by integrating Zendesk live agent with Google DialogFlow based on Node.js, JavaScript and GraphQL to improve customer service and save cost for companies.
