Raechel Mullan is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in education and operations management. Raechel holds two degrees from Penn State University, a Bachelor of Science in World Language Education (Spanish and French) and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature, both earned in 2018.
