Brad Hilscher

Brad Hilscher is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at DAKOTABILITIES since February 2020, Brad has previously held the position of Controller at the South Dakota Foundation for Medical Care from April 2000 to February 2020. Brad's career began as an Auditor I at the South Dakota Department of Legislative Audit from January 1999 to March 2000. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Accountancy from Northern State University, where studies were completed from 1995 to 1998, and has prior education at South Dakota Mines from 1990 to 1994.
