Lance D. Bultena

Lance D. Bultena serves as the Global Director of Thought Leadership and Global Director of Thought Leadership, Mobility and Transportation at Hogan Lovells since 2010, with additional roles as Senior Counsel and Partner. Bultena is also a Member of the Board of Directors for Daktronics, where responsibilities include Chair of the Nominations and Governance Committee and participation in the Audit Committee. Prior experience includes positions as Partner at Hogan & Hartson, Counsel for the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation, and Associate at Winthrop Stimson Putnam & Roberts. Academic credentials include a J.D. from Harvard Law School, a PhD and MPhil from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Dakota.
