Rich Hintz

Rich Hintz has extensive work experience in various IT and business development roles. Rich started their career at Daktronics where they worked as an Animator and later became an Engineering Manager, responsible for managing control systems product portfolio. After that, they established their own company, Hintz Consulting Inc., where they served as President and focused on Microsoft technologies. Rich provided contract training, consulting, technical writing, and software development services. Rich then joined Ardent Learning Center as Vice President and established a Microsoft Certified Technical Education Center, delivering technical training and authoring technical articles and publications. Prior to that, they worked at Training Partners as a Trainer, specializing in Microsoft and Novell products. Rich began their career at Gateway, performing escalated support of PC hardware and software and later took on project specialist roles. Rich currently holds the position of Vice President of IT & Business Development at Daktronics. Rich defines the IT strategic direction and ensures operational performance of IT systems while managing the global IT department.
