DAL Capital, Inc. was launched in 2014 with the principal objective of generating attractive risk-adjusted returns for its partners and investors over the long term through high yielding cash flowing investments and capital appreciation.  DAL has eight investment companies in different stages of investment and divestment.  

Members of the DAL management team have a proven track record of managing and divesting multiple investment entities. Since 2011 members of management have managed over 1,000 single family homes in 31 states generating attractive returns for their investors.  DAL has a dedicated six-member team of investment professionals that have over 90 years of combined single-family rental, finance and investment management experience, globally and regionally.
