Mohammed Alkhalifa

Mohammed Alkhalifa is a Process Engineer at DAL Food since April 2018, specializing in the preparation of gum Arabic solutions through various processes including dissolving, clarification, filtration, and drying, as well as in milk powder manufacture adhering to quality standards. Previously, Mohammed served as a Preparation Supervisor within the Production Department at Elie Group Holdings from September 2016 to April 2018, where responsibilities included similar processes for gum Arabic solution preparation and soap manufacturing for both liquid and powder detergents. Mohammed holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Kordofan University, completed in 2014.
