Kim Krause Taylor

Kim Krause Taylor is the Director of Merchandising Strategy at Mohawk Industries since 2017. They also have a background in various roles at Dal-Tile Corporation, starting as an Assistant Product Manager in floor tile. Their career at Mohawk Industries began in 1997 as an Assistant Brand Manager in Marketing and later transitioned into Sales Operations. Kim works closely with stakeholders in Brand, Product, Sales, Finance, Samples, Manufacturing, and Purchasing to ensure alignment with the strategic plan. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ambassador University.
