Tony is Head of Procurement and Food & Beverage Projects. He began his career as a chef and obtained his qualifications with City and Guilds London. He spent fifteen years in a variety of roles at a number of London Hotels. He then moved back to Ireland in 2000 and spent the next 7 years with Choice Hotels Ireland. In 2007 Tony joined Dalata Hotel Group at its foundation with responsibility for the Group’s Food and Beverage Operations. In 2010 Tony took control of all aspects of procurement for the Group across Ireland & UK whilst retaining an input into the Hotels Food and Beverage development projects.
