Zane Liepinlauska

Zane Liepinlauska currently serves in the People and Culture department at Dalberg Media, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Zane worked as a Regional Operations Manager at the Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation from October 2020 to November 2021, contributing to humanitarian and educational programs in IDP and refugee camps across the MENA region. Zane also gained experience as a Guest Coordinator for the Malmö Arab Film Festival in October 2019, facilitating international guests for the festival that promotes Arab cinema and intercultural dialogue. Earlier career roles include serving as a Talent Consultant at Finlay James and an IT Sales Recruitment Consultant at Howard Jackson, focusing on IT sales recruitment. Zane holds a Master’s degree in Middle Eastern Studies from Lund University and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Politics from Coventry University, along with an Erasmus program in International Relations and Middle Eastern Studies. Education was completed at Sigulda State Gymnasium in Latvia.
