Laura is an Associate Partner in Dalberg’s London office, where she works with global organizations to develop market-based solutions for social and environmental problems. Laura’s expertise is in inclusive business model development, impact investing, and ecosystem shaping.

Laura brings years of experience across sectors, with a particular focus on agriculture, energy, and gender. Laura has advised multinational corporations, global foundations, and impact investors in a range of emerging and frontier markets. She has also published several articles and reports on the impact potential of inclusive business and finance, and has been a speaker at high-profile conferences around the world.

Prior to joining Dalberg, Laura was an Associate Director at FSG, where she co-led the firm’s Latin America and Gender practices. Laura is also a qualified architect. She has worked in urban planning across India and South Asia, affordable housing in Colombia, and as an architecture journalist. Laura holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cornell University, where she graduated as a Rawlings Presidential Research Scholar. She is Colombian, and has lived and worked a cross Latin America, South Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, the US and Europe.
