Lily Chhatwal is an Associate Partner based in Dalberg’s Washington D.C. office. Her expertise lies in partnering with global organisations on strategy development, specifically on growth objectives such as market entry, new product development, and partnerships. Lily has more than 15 years of experience in healthcare, financial services, and technology across global markets. Her deep sectoral knowledge rests in the health segment where she has worked with hospitals, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, insurers and governments. Her familiarity across the ecosystem helps to build sustainable and scalable solutions as well as executable strategies.

Some of her recent work includes partnering with an African government to expand Universal Health Coverage, with a focus on supply chain readiness. She also collaborated with a $40B global medical device organisation on its ambition to improve access to health care and its products globally. Lily advised an investor on growth industries in a given region appropriate for further investment.

Prior to Dalberg, she held leadership roles at other top-tier consulting and Fortune 500 private sector companies. She spent time with Roche Pharmaceuticals (Genentech), Visa, Inc., and Deloitte Consulting. Lily has experience leading and building teams and executing transformational projects. She holds an MBA in Finance and Health Sector Management from Duke University and B.Com in Marketing and Information Systems Management from McGill University.
