Naman Gupta

Naman Gupta is an experienced consultant currently serving as an Associate Consultant at Dalberg since October 2022. Prior to this role, Naman worked at Samagra | Transforming Governance as an Associate from August 2021 to September 2022, and founded and hosted a podcast titled "Aaj Kal Ke Bachhe," focused on GenZ. Naman has also held various positions at Gramiksha, including Joint Secretary, Advisor, National HR Head, Impact & Training Head, and Project Head from September 2015 to August 2021. Additional experiences include being a GGI Impact Fellow at the Global Governance Initiative, Associate Enterprise Success at Harappa Education, and Management Trainee at JindalX. Naman's academic credentials include a Young India Fellowship from Ashoka University and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal University Jaipur.
