Zarina Nteta is an Associate Partner in Dalberg’s Johannesburg office, Her project work focuses on food security, digital transformation, education, and gender. She is particularly focused on helping her clients strengthen institutions and human capital in Africa to drive impact at scale.
Examples of her recent work include advising a large foundation on how to build more equity into their grant-making in Africa’s agricultural sector, developing a digital economy strategy for a leading institution focused on job creation, designing an early childhood development portfolio in Latin America for an education foundation, and helping a leading philanthropy in Asia to define their investments into women’s entrepreneurship.
Prior to Dalberg, Zarina was a lawyer at Norton Rose Fulbright. She holds an M. Phil from the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), also from the University of Cape Town.
