Joel Bailey

Joel Bailey is an experienced professional in the water transfer and energy sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Water Transfer at DHI (Dalbo Holdings, Inc.) since November 2022, after holding the position of Field Service Manager. Previously, Joel held the role of Chief Executive Officer at The Family Energy Broker from January 2021 to December 2023 and operated JBailey Consulting as a Consultant/Owner in 2020. Joel also gained valuable experience as Senior Water Manager at Solaris Water Midstream between 2019 and 2020, where leadership was demonstrated in water market pricing, logistics, and automation solutions.
