The Customer Service Team at Dalco, a Division of Imperial Dade, is dedicated to addressing the needs and concerns of clients in the commercial, institutional, and industrial cleaning sectors. This team consists of Help Desk Technicians and Customer Service Representatives who provide support and solutions for product inquiries, order issues, and technical assistance. Led by the Customer Service Manager, they ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, hands-on training programs, and the use of an extensive audiovisual film library.
