Nick Daffern

Nick Daffern is an experienced archaeological professional, currently serving as an Associate at Dalcour Maclaren since April 2019. Prior to this role, Nick held the position of Associate Director at Wardell Armstrong LLP from October 2017 to March 2019, and worked as a Senior Project Manager at Wardell Armstrong Archaeology from January 2014 to September 2017. Additionally, Nick contributed as a Senior Environmental Archaeologist (Pollen) at Worcestershire Archaeology from November 2007 to December 2013, and gained field experience as a Field Archaeologist at the University of Leicester in early 2006. Nick's career began as a Field Archaeologist/Site Supervisor at Archaeological Investigations Ltd from June 2005 to January 2006. Academically, Nick earned a Master of Science in Environmental Archaeology and Palaeoenvironments from the University of Birmingham and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Ancient History and Archaeology from the same institution. Nick completed secondary education at Alcester Grammar School.
