David Balmer

David Balmer has more than 30 years of work experience. David started their career with Dale Carnegie as an Area Manager/Trainer, serving various cities in Florida and Georgia. David worked there from 1989 to 2002. Later, they joined WFTS as a Sales Representative in 1988 and worked there until 2002. In 2002, they became a Consultant at Rick Gallegos & Associates DBA Dale Carnegie Training for three years. David then worked as a Local Sales Manager at WTWC/WTXL in 2005 and as a General Sales Manager at WJHG from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they worked as a Business Facilitator at Ideas and Image Unlimited, LLC. David also served as a Sales Manager at TooCreative for six months in 2009 and created advertising campaigns for Panama City Beach Community locally and to tourists.

David Balmer obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Westminster College (PA) between 1971 and 1975. In addition to their degree, they received several certifications from Dale Carnegie Training, including the Carnegie Sales Professional Certification - Level One, the Dale Carnegie Course, Leadership Training for Managers, and Sales Advantage. The obtained month and year for these certifications are unknown.
