Gareth McAuley

Gareth McAuley is an experienced professional in the food industry with a strong focus on quality management and product development. Since August 2005, Gareth has worked at Dale Farm Ltd as a Technical and NPD Manager and previously as a Quality and Technical Manager, overseeing Site Quality KPIs, new product development, and ISO14001 compliance. Prior to this role, Gareth served as a Product Development Manager at Dairy Farmers of Britain from 1999 to 2005, where extensive work on a variety of dairy products was conducted. Gareth's career began with a placement at Campden BRI in 1996, where methodology for protein measurement was developed and research on heavy metals in food was published. Academic qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Food Science from Queen's University of Belfast, obtained in 1999.
