Donna Bibeault

Donna Bibeault has over 25 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Dale Medical Products, Inc. since May 1998, where Donna established the HR department and successfully maintained a positive company culture while implementing necessary changes for global competitiveness. Prior to this role, Donna worked at The Monet Group, Inc. from June 1988 to March 1998, where Donna began their HR career in a manufacturing facility and progressed through positions of increasing responsibility, gaining expertise in administrative and legal compliance. Donna holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Rhode Island College.
