Benjamin Zores

Benjamin Zores has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Benjamin is currently working as the Director of Cloud Operations at Dalet since July 2021. Prior to this, they held various positions at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, including Director of Cloud Infrastructure & Operations (SRE) from March 2017 to July 2021, and R&D Director of Cloud Services from January 2013 to March 2017.

Before Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Benjamin worked at Diamond Editions as a Technical Writer, where they authored several publications on Android and cloud-related topics from June 2012 to May 2015. Benjamin also has experience working at Alcatel-Lucent as an Android Platform Architect from May 2011 to December 2012, Open Source Software and Multimedia Architect from March 2009 to May 2011, and Embedded Linux System Engineer from February 2006 to February 2009.

Additionally, Benjamin has a strong background in open-source projects, having founded and led multiple projects at The GeeXboX Project from December 2002 to February 2012. Benjamin has also worked as a Linux Software Engineer at France Telecom from March 2005 to January 2006, and as an Embedded Systems Engineer trainee at Alcatel from March 2004 to September 2004.

Furthermore, Benjamin has experience as a Junior Software Lead Developer at France Telecom from October 2003 to March 2004 and as a Software Developer at INRIA from June 2003 to March 2004. Benjamin has demonstrated expertise in areas such as cloud infrastructure and operations, software development, project management, and system architecture.

Benjamin Zores obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from TELECOM Nancy (ESIAL), where they studied from 2001 to 2004.
