Shimon Balzera

Shimon Balzera has been working at Dalet since March 2015, where Shimon holds various titles such as Program Manager, Release Manager, and Mobile Team Leader. Shimon is responsible for creating product plans, meeting project deadlines, and working with cross-functional teams. Shimon also oversees the recruitment, training, and leadership of web and mobile development teams. Prior to Dalet, Shimon worked at UTi Worldwide as an ERP Priority Development with a focus on designing data models and creating store processes. Shimon holds a degree in Practical Software Engineering from The Technological College of Beer-Sheva.
