Cm-Bim Emmett Cruey

Emmett Cruey, CM-BIM, is a seasoned BIM Engineer with extensive experience in the construction and technology sectors. Currently serving as a BIM Engineer III at California Drywall Co. since April 2024, Emmett has previously worked as a Technology Consultant & Owner at ConnectedBIM from August 2018 to March 2024, focusing on developing innovative tools for technology and process integration. Emmett has held several managerial positions, including BIM Manager at Daley's Drywall & Taping and at Arup, as well as a brief tenure at KATERRA. Prior to these roles, Emmett was a Senior Project Draftsman at FICCADENTI WAGGONER and CASTLE Structural Engineers from June 2005 to October 2016. Emmett holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Architecture from Silicon Valley College, earned between 2000 and 2002.
