Chris Segrest

Chris Segrest has a Bachelor and Masters degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Mississippi. With extensive experience in the real estate industry, Chris currently serves as the SVP - Southeast Region - Capital Deployment at Dalfen Industrial LLC, focusing on investment strategy and capital deployment of industrial properties across the Southeast Region. Prior to their current role, Chris held positions at EastGroup Properties Inc, including Managing Director for Florida and Vice President for Asset Management and Acquisitions.
