Moshe Elhalal

Moshe Elhalal serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Dalia Energy since November 2016, leading projects related to battery energy storage systems, including RFP preparation and management of design, erection, and commissioning phases. Prior to this role, Moshe was a Construction Project Manager at M+W Group, overseeing a 55 MW natural gas power plant, managing project budgets, subcontractors, and personnel. Additionally, Moshe has extensive experience in project management and scheduling from roles at Galil Engineering, where responsibilities included project planning and coordination with third parties. Moshe holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Financial Management Services from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
