Rose Tutera

Rose Tutera serves as the Senior Director of Operations and Communications at Dalio Philanthropies since March 2020. In addition, Rose is a Founding Member of Chief, starting in March 2019. Rose's previous experience includes roles at Bridgewater Associates as Senior Director and Chief Operating Officer of OceanX, as well as Chief of Staff. Prior to these positions, Rose held a managerial role at Deloitte and contributed to the Council on Foundations. Early career highlights include teaching at New Technology High School and managing programs at Sierra Community House. Rose's AmeriCorps involvement included serving as Program Director and Outreach Coordinator. Rose holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and multiple degrees in English, Psychology, and Education.
