Malik Benameur

Malik Benameur currently serves as the Head of Energy & Smart Solutions at Dalkia, a position held since September 2014. In this role, Malik oversees three divisions—Energy Management, Billing & Collection, and Smart Solutions—focusing on operations, financial performance, and strategic growth. Malik has led the Dalkia Energy Savings Center, implementing a digital platform for energy and maintenance management and supervising energy usage optimization across various facilities. Previous roles include Operations Manager and Energy Efficiency Engineer at Dalkia, as well as an internship as a Thermal Engineer at BET Lather. Malik holds a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy from ENSIATE and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from CY Cergy Paris Université.
