Chaimaa Chriyaa Benyounes has significant experience in the flavor research and food safety sectors, currently serving in the Departamento de investigación y creación de aromas at Dallant since November 2020. Previously, Chaimaa worked in the Departamento de investigación en alimentos funcionales at Dallant from November 2019 to July 2020. Chaimaa holds a Grado en Ingeniería Alimentaria from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, completed in 2020, and a Máster en Seguridad Alimentaria from Universitat de Barcelona, achieved in 2021. Additionally, Chaimaa attended a program at Universitat d'estiu Mercabarna in 2019.
