Jaime Pérez Fuentes has been working as a Técnico I+D at Dallant since October 2018. Prior to that, Jaime worked as a Junior Research Scientist at IRTA from January 2018 to June 2018. Jaime also held the position of Auxiliar técnico de laboratorio at Dallant from July 2010 to September 2017. Jaime holds a Grado in Biology from Universitat de Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya (2011 - 2017) and an Especialización in Tecnología alimenticia y desarrollo de nuevos alimentos from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (2018).
