Kiersten Rood

Kiersten Rood is a skilled education professional with extensive experience in program management and community engagement. Currently serving as the Data and Impact Manager at Dallas Afterschool since December 2022, Kiersten previously held the position of Director of Program and Community Engagement at Heart House from July 2021 to November 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing program delivery and fostering community relations. Kiersten also worked as a Teacher with Nampa School District from August 2016 to June 2021 and at Somerset Academy Charter Schools from August 2014 to June 2016. Kiersten holds a degree in Elementary Education K-6 from Utah State University, obtained in 2014.
