Joshua Hinkle

Joshua Hinkle is a highly skilled quality engineer and lead auditor currently employed at Dallas Airmotive since September 2019, focusing on data analysis and root cause identification for performance improvement. Joshua has extensive experience from Bell Helicopter, where roles included liaison specialist and engineering root cause corrective action specialist, achieving significant cost savings through process redesign. As a Six Sigma Black Belt and continuous improvement leader, Joshua completed numerous projects utilizing DMAIC/LEAN methodologies. Prior experience includes roles as a flight electrician with a focus on electrical and avionics systems, and an avionics technician in the United States Marine Corps. Joshua holds a Master of Science in Engineering Technology from West Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
