Carol Goglia is the Director at DALLAS ARBORETUM. Carol has over 9 years of experience in marketing and communications and has been with DALLAS ARBORETUM for just over a year. Prior to joining DALLAS ARBORETUM, Carol spent 10 years with Communities Foundation of Texas, where they were the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications. Carol oversaw marketing and communications for one of the nation's largest community foundations, with over $1.2 billion in assets and $2 billion in grants. Carol's work spanned across all aspects of the foundation, including the 1,000+ funds for individuals, families, and businesses, as well as all programs such as CFT's North Texas Giving Day, Educate Texas, CFT for Business, and W. W. Caruth, Jr. Foundation.

Some of Carol's key accomplishments include overseeing a team of 10 people to build marketing excellence across the foundation, being awarded three industry awards - nationally, the PRNews Marketer of the Year; locally Dallas-Fort Worth American Marketing Association's Marketer of the Year and CNM's Communicator of the Year; and leading marketing strategy for world’s largest community-wide giving event, North Texas Giving Day - raising $50 million for 3,000 local nonprofits from 100,000 donors in 2019 (+10x growth in 10 years!). Carol was also the media spokesperson and speaker to 1,000+ at

Carol Goglia has an MBA in Marketing and General Management from the Texas McCombs School of Business, as well as a BA in Religion from Washington and Lee University. Carol also attended Leadership ISD and Leadership Dallas.
