Andrei Prunoiu

Andrei Prunoiu has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and real estate. Andrei currently serves as a Board Member at Prunoiu Capital Partners, a role they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they were a Partner at Prunoiu & Partners starting from May 2023.

In 2022, Prunoiu worked as an Analytics Team Lead at RREAF Holdings, where they were responsible for joint venture equity waterfall modeling and analyzing the floor plans of a multifamily portfolio. Andrei'sanalysis helped increase rents in certain markets by 20%.

Before that, Prunoiu had a brief tenure as an Investment Analyst at Dalfen Industrial LLC in 2021. Andrei also worked as an Analyst at Solid Rock Group, overseeing a portfolio of hotels, writing asset management reports, and conducting market surveys.

Prunoiu's career began as an Intern Analyst at Lantower Residential in 2021, where they gained foundational knowledge in the industry.

Andrei Prunoiu obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus in Finance from the University of North Texas G. Brint Ryan College of Business. Andrei also holds a Master of Real Estate in Real Estate Finance & Development from Georgetown University, which is expected to be completed by 2025. Andrei has obtained additional certifications including Advanced Modeling - Partnership Cashflows from Adventures in CRE (A.CRE) in June 2022, A.CRE Adventures In Commercial Real Estate Accelerator 24 Module Course from Adventures in CRE (A.CRE) in June 2020, and REFM Certification in Excel for Real Estate – Level 1 with Distinction and REFM Certification in Excel for Real Estate – Level 2 from Real Estate Financial Modeling in October 2018.
