Debra Hebisen

Debra Hebisen has extensive experience in the field of quality assurance and construction safety, currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance and Construction Safety at Dallas Area Rapid Transit. Prior to this role, Debra worked at the City of Dallas Public Works as a Senior Construction Inspector from May 1983 to March 1993, where significant contributions were made to ensure the safety and quality of construction projects.
