Eric Levine has a strong background in the restaurant industry, starting in 1987 with Mariott Corp as an Area Manager in the Travel Plaza division. In 1989, they founded EJ Associates of New York and served as the Operating Partner until 2008. During this time, they established himself as a leader and gained valuable experience in business operations. Eric then joined Coldstone Creamery in 2000 as a Partner and Operator, where they played a pivotal role in developing brand operations standards and policies. In 2008, Levine became the Director of Operations and Director of Human Resources at Dallas BBQ. In this role, they successfully managed a large team of employees, implemented training protocols, and was responsible for the overall financial performance of multiple locations.
