Doug Hutt serves as Chairman and CEO of Dallas Capital Bank since March 2015, having also held the role of President and CEO. Prior experience includes President and CEO of Park Cities Financial Group from March 2013 to June 2024, and Executive Vice President at Cadence Bank, N.A. from September 2010 to November 2012, focusing on corporate development and merger activities. Doug Hutt has also served as President and CEO of a subsidiary of Superior Bank, and President of the Texas Region at BBVA Compass from April 2004 to September 2010. Doug Hutt’s career began at Bank of America, where responsibilities included President of the Dallas branch from April 1981 to April 2004. Doug Hutt holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
