Rudy Segura

Rudy Segura has an extensive work experience in the banking industry. Rudy started their career at FIRST INTERNATIONAL BANK in 1998 as an AVP, Operations Manager. During this time, they managed a team of bankers and ensured the smooth operation of a full-service branch office, focusing on compliance, customer service, and sales.

In 2011, Rudy moved to American First National Bank as an AVP, Branch Manager. Rudy excelled in developing new business opportunities, fostering customer relationships, and providing leadership and training to their team. Rudy held this role until early 2013.

Following their tenure at American First National Bank, Rudy segued to One World Bank as an AVP, Branch Manager. In this position, they continued to drive business growth, enhance customer service, and provide leadership and mentorship to their staff. Rudy remained with One World Bank for five years, until 2018.

Subsequently, Rudy joined State Bank of Texas as a Branch Manager. Rudy skillfully managed the operations of a full-service branch office, ensuring compliance and optimal customer service. Rudy stayed with State Bank of Texas for four years, until 2022.

In 2022, Rudy transitioned to One World Bank as a Vice President. In this position, they led a group of professional bankers to oversee daily branch operations, commercial/consumer lending, product sales, and customer service. Rudy excelled in meeting sales goals, motivating their team, and achieving excellent customer relations. Rudy served as Vice President until 2023.

Currently, Rudy Segura is employed as the Vice President Banking Center Manager at Dallas Capital Bank, where they utilize their expertise in bank management and customer service to oversee the daily operations of a banking center.

Rudy Segura obtained a Consumer Lending certificate from the American Bankers Association in 2015.
