Matthew Blackmore

Matthew Blackmore serves as the High School Principal at Dallas Center-Grimes Community School District since June 2025 and is a Solution Tree Associate specializing in coaching, workshops, and keynote presentations across multiple states. Previously, Matthew held the position of Director of Student Services at North Polk Community School District from June 2020 to June 2025 and worked as an Ad Junct Professor at Viterbo University until August 2024. Matthew's extensive experience includes serving as High School Principal in Carlisle Community School District, where notable achievements included recognition for the district as a Model PLC and recipient of various Iowa Department of Education awards. Matthew also has a solid foundation in educational administration from positions held in Ogden Community School District, Ankeny Community School District, Plainfield Community Consolidated School District, and Lockport Township High School East. Academic credentials include a Superintendent's License and Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Educational Leadership and Special Education, obtained from Iowa State University and Lewis University, respectively.
