Jennifer Bustillos

Jennifer Bustillos, BS, MSHRD, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Total Rewards at Dallas College, having previously held the position of Assistant Director of Total Rewards. Jennifer has extensive experience in compensation analysis, including roles as Senior Compensation Analyst at the University of North Texas Health Science Center School of Public Health, Compensation Analyst and Interim Compensation Analyst at Tarrant County College, and Human Resources Specialist at the same institution. Jennifer began a career in HR as an HR Specialist at Catholic Charities Fort Worth and also has experience as a Legal Secretary at Sullo & Bobbitt, PLLC.
