Charles Mullins Jr 牟昭文 is an experienced professional with a diverse background encompassing management, sales, and international business. Currently serving as an Election Judge at the Dallas County Elections Department since November 2016, Charles organizes polling locations and manages election processes while also acting as a bilingual interpreter.
