Antoinette Bacchus

Antoinette Bacchus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transportation planning and project management, currently retired since June 2019. Prior to retirement, Antoinette served as the Assistant Director of Transportation Planning and Senior Project Manager at Dallas County Public Works from August 2005. Antoinette holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from The University of Texas at Arlington.
