Godfred Wussah

Godfred Wussah is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in desktop and network support. Currently serving as a Desktop Support Specialist at Dallas County since August 2018, Godfred provides technical assistance and maintenance for end users in the organization's desktop computing environment. Godfred also holds a position as a Desktop/IT/Network Support Specialist at smsinfocomm, responsible for the technical support of over 150 laptops since August 2016. Previously, Godfred worked as a Help Desk Specialist at Phoenix Technologies from February 2014 to April 2016, where responsibilities included troubleshooting networks and supporting system security. Godfred pursued education at Asher College from 2016 to 2018.
