Will McClay

Vice President, Player Personnel at Dallas Cowboys

Will McClay is in his 17th season working in the Cowboys Personnel Department, was named the club's assistant director of player personnel in 2013 and senior director of pro/college scouting in 2015. He was named Vice President Player Personnel in 2017, and he will continue to oversee the club's NFL Draft process while also playing a role in free agent and trade acquisitions.
