Corrinne Shearer

Corrinne Shearer is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Development at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport since September 2021, Corrinne previously held the position of Senior Employee Engagement & OD Manager. Prior roles include Employee Development Coordinator for the City of Westminster and Director of Organizational Development/Human Resources for Montrose County, where responsibilities encompassed leading a ~400 employee organization and overseeing various HR functions. Corrinne also served as Senior Personnel Analyst for the City of Las Vegas, focusing on leadership development, and as a part-time instructor at Nevada State College, where curriculum development and communication courses were emphasized.
