Jonathan Walters

Jonathan Walters is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and learning development, currently serving as an Associate Learning Development Partner and Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport since May 2023. Previously, Jonathan held the role of Human Resources Intern at DFW Airport, where responsibilities included implementing new benefits and supporting a benefits fair for approximately 1,800 employees. Jonathan also contributed to the Learning & Development team by shadowing training facilitators. Prior to this, Jonathan served as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force from May 2014 to May 2020, maintaining critical systems and supervising junior personnel. Jonathan holds a degree in Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management from the University of North Texas, completed in August 2023.
