Sharon McCloskey has extensive experience in the field of marketing and customer experience, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience and Vice President of Marketing at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport since October 1997. McCloskey has led marketing strategies for one of the world's busiest airports, focusing on consumer research, messaging, and digital marketing to enhance revenue opportunities. Previous roles at DFW include Assistant Vice President of Marketing, where responsibilities encompassed both business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing, and Marketing Manager, where McCloskey played a key role in developing and launching the new DFW brand image. Earlier in her career, McCloskey served as a Trade Specialist, analyzing air service route feasibility. Prior experience includes a position as Forecasting Manager at Haggar Clothing Co., where McCloskey supervised a team and utilized predictive models for production forecasting.
