Dionne Hilliard

Dionne Hilliard, MBA, has extensive experience in educational advocacy and financial operations. Currently serving as a Facilitator Advocate at Dallas Independent School District since 2015, Dionne focuses on graduation, recovery, attendance advocacy, and dropout prevention. Previously, Dionne held the position of Sr. Financial Ops Supervisor at JPMorgan Chase from 2011 to 2015, overseeing a team of Quality Control Analysts and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. Earlier career roles include Associate Consultant at NuCompass Mobility Services Inc. and Loan Officer in the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Division. Dionne holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from The University of Arizona Global Campus.
