Dr. Lourdes Morales-Figueroa currently serves as the School Principal for the Dallas Independent School District since July 2019 and has been a Faculty/Course Content Specialist at Universidad Ana G. Méndez since August 2015, teaching courses in Total Quality Management and other subjects. Dr. Morales-Figueroa's previous roles include Assistant Principal with Dallas ISD, Instructional Coach for Richardson Independent School District, and extensive teaching experience at the elementary level. With a background in higher education administration, including serving as Dean of Academic Affairs at Caribbean University and Off Campus Director at Universidad del Este, Dr. Morales-Figueroa brings a wealth of leadership and academic expertise. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico and a Principal Certification from The University of Texas at Arlington.
